HENDERSON, NV and BRUSSELS, BELGIUM: 30 June 2020.  The Fuel Matrix, LLC, today announced that it has completed the acquistion of MV2Tech srl, a leading distributor of clean solutions based in Brussels, Belgium, for an undisclosed sum.  The company will be renamed Fuel Matrix Europe srl.  All current management, employees and contractors of MV2Tech will remain with TFM Europe.
